Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Quality Planning: Ensure the timely and proper implementation of advanced quality planning activities in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Interface Coordination: Coordinate communication and alignment between customers and internal departments to ensure the seamless implementation of quality requirements.
  • Initial Sample Planning: Conduct the initial coordination with customers and manage the handover to internal departments for planning and controlling the initial sampling process in accordance with VDA Volume 2, PPAP, and/or FAI requirements.
  • Milestone Planning: Develop and take ownership of milestone plans to ensure the successful implementation of customer requirements within the initial sampling process.
  • Cost Estimation Support: Support the evaluation and costing of customer requirements related to sampling, approval, and PPAP activities.
  • FMEA: Support the creation and maintenance of Process FMEAs in collaboration with cross-functional teams and assist in identifying and assessing product and process risks.
  • Measurement & Inspection Planning: Support the development of measurement and inspection strategies, production control plans (PCP), inspection plans, and process flow diagrams.
  • Characteristic Coordination: Coordinate detailed discussions with customers regarding critical product and process characteristics.
  • Budget Monitoring: Monitor budgets related to sampling activities and advanced quality planning measures.
  • Procurement Support: Support procurement activities within the scope of initial sampling and approval processes.
  • Customer Visits: Accompany the responsible Project Manager during customer visits related to advanced quality planning and serve as the quality representative and point of contact for customers.
  • Supplier Visits: Conduct supplier visits together with Procurement, internal departments, and support functions to support advanced quality planning activities.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Technician, Master Craftsman, or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of materials science, including metals, composite materials, and surface technologies
  • Experience in quality management, advanced quality planning, or technically demanding industries
  • Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or a comparable industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodologies
  • Solid understanding of initial sampling and approval procedures according to VDA, PPAP, and/or FAI standards
  • Experience with FMEA, Production Control Planning (PCP), and common quality management methods and tools
  • Strong ability to prioritize across multiple projects and activities
  • Structured and value-oriented way of working
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Proactive mindset, strong teamwork skills, and reliability
  • Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process descriptions & adjustments: You describe processes in our mechatronic systems.
  • Requirements management: You support the formulation, definition, input, and tracking of requirements for vehicle components.

Your Profile:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Creation of production orders: You create production orders to implement customer requirements as well as internal specifications.
  • Information management: You request all project- and order-related information such as standards, drawings, and specifications and ensure their completeness.
  • Interface management & coordination: You act as the interface between advanced quality planning and production, ensuring close coordination of relevant topics.
  • Inspection planning: You define inspection plans based on production control plans and create them to ensure defined quality requirements.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further qualification as a technician, master craftsman, industrial engineer, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in work preparation and process planning
  • Good knowledge of production technologies and operational processes
  • Basic knowledge of initial sampling according to VDA standards as well as advanced quality planning
  • Very good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally proALPHA, and confident handling of MS Office

Order Management Specialist (m/f/d) 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: You manage orders holistically – from the prototype phase through to series production – ensuring reliable adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.
  • Interface Coordination: You act as the central interface between project management, production, purchasing, logistics, and suppliers, ensuring a smooth flow of information and materials.
  • Demand & Capacity Planning: You coordinate prototype, pre-series, and series production requirements, including capacity planning, external processing, and escalation management in case of deviations.
  • Data Management: You maintain oversight of data and processes – from master data and workflows in the ERP system to drawings, 3D data, and part lifecycle documentation.
  • Project Support: You successfully transfer projects into series production and support ramp-up as well as stable series supply with a strong focus on supply chain management and customer requirements.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical training with further qualification (e.g. technician, master craftsman, technical business administrator, or industrial engineer).
  • Professional experience in order management, project management, or series production environments – ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production methods, combined with a high level of quality awareness and understanding of industrial operations.
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems, preferably proALPHA.
  • Independent, structured, and responsible working style with a strong focus on quality, cost awareness, delivery reliability, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills with a confident manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of team orientation and enthusiasm for collaborative, reliable, and solution-focused teamwork.
  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Machining Mechanic, turning (m/f/d) – CNC Turned Parts for Formula 1 & High-Tech Industries

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • CNC Manufacturing: You produce precision components in single-piece and small-batch production according to technical drawings, working in a three-shift system (38.75-hour work week).
  • Process & Program Optimization: You actively contribute to the continuous optimization of CNC programs and manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Machine Operation: You operate CNC lathes and mill-turn centers, including DMG machines (Heidenhain control) for prototype production and Doosan machines for series production with up to 9 channels (Fanuc control).
  • Program Creation: You create and edit CNC programs and ensure their smooth implementation in production.
  • Setup Activities: You are responsible for setting up and tooling the machining centers for various production orders.
  • Quality Assurance: You carry out self-inspections on manufactured parts and ensure compliance with all quality requirements.

YourProfile:

  • Completed vocational training as a Machining Mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in turning (or a related metalworking profession with additional qualifications or proven experience in turning)
  • Several years of professional experience in the operation and programming of 5-axis turning machines
  • Excellent knowledge of Heidenhain controls
  • Experience in handling Formula 1 components is an advantage
  • Strong material expertise in machining high-strength steels, stainless (CrNi) steels, titanium, Inconel, and aluminum is a plus

Machining mechanic, milling (m/f/d) – CNC milled parts for Formula 1 and high-tech industries

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • CNC Manufacturing: Manufacture single parts and small batches with high precision according to technical drawings in a 3-shift system (38.75-hour week).
