CAD/CAM Programmer (m/f/d) – High-Performance Parts for F1

Your Responsibilities:

You will develop and program high-precision milled parts for Formula 1 vehicles or high-tech applications – uncompromising in quality, precision, and speed. You’ll work at the intersection of innovative manufacturing technology and customized customer solutions.

• You shape ideas: You create, optimize, and adapt CNC/CAM programs for state-of-the-art controls (Heidenhain) – tailored precisely to individual parts and small batches with the highest demands.
• You program performance: CAM programming for turning and milling centers – including complex simultaneous machining for maximum efficiency.
• You think in solutions: You design smart fixtures in CAD and professionally derive technical drawings.
• You elevate manufacturing: You analyze processes, identify potential, and drive noticeable optimizations in programming and workflow.
• You plan with foresight: You develop well-thought-out turning and milling strategies that perfectly balance machine runtime and quality.
• You decide with precision: You select tools and clamping systems strategically – always considering quality, cost-efficiency, and safety.
• You calculate with expertise: You actively contribute to the economic evaluation and costing of turned and milled parts.

Your Professional Profile:

Discover the world of CAM programming at CP – your passion for CNC programming and precision manufacturing is what we’re looking for! Special importance is placed on:

• Completed vocational training as a machining technician specializing in turning and/or milling (or comparable qualification).
• Solid knowledge of CAM programming – ideally with HyperMill.
• Experience with Heidenhain controls in turning/milling.
• Alternatively, prior experience with Top-Solid (2-channel turning programming) and Fanuc controls.
• Experience in machining high-strength steels, CrNi steels, titanium, Inconel, MMC, and aluminum is a plus.
• Further training as an industrial foreman/technician (or equivalent) is desirable.
