Quality Assurance Employee – Focus on Initial Sampling According to VDA (m/f/d) 

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d) with a focus on initial sampling according to VDA requirements at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibilities:

  • In-process quality inspection: You carry out in-process component inspections and monitor compliance with quality standards during ongoing production processes.
  • Initial sampling & series launch: You perform initial sampling according to VDA requirements and support the inspection and approval of components during series production launch.
  • Documentation & data management: You create and maintain sampling documentation, document and analyze measurement results, and manage quality-related data in IMDS.
  • Quality management & analysis: You support the evaluation of quality deviations and contribute to the continuous improvement of inspection and quality processes.
  • Interface management & collaboration: You work closely with production, development, and customers and support the coordination of quality-related topics throughout the entire product development process.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical vocational training, ideally in the fields of quality assurance, metal technology, or plastics technology
  • Experience in component sampling in the automotive environment
  • Good knowledge of VDA requirements and sampling processes
  • Knowledge of working with IMDS
  • Confident handling of standard inspection equipment and measuring devices, especially contour measuring instruments, measuring microscopes, and other common measuring and inspection tools
  • Strong quality awareness as well as a careful and structured way of working
  • Team spirit, reliability, and initiative

Quality Assurance Employee / CMM Measurement Technician (m/f/d) 

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Employee / CMM Measurement Technician (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date to operate our CMM measuring machines.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operation & monitoring of CMM measuring machines: You operate and monitor CMM measuring machines during ongoing production operations and ensure a smooth inspection process.
  • Carrying out measurements & inspections: You perform measurements and inspections on components according to inspection plans and evaluate the results with regard to quality requirements.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical vocational training, ideally in the fields of metrology, quality assurance, or metal technology
  • Experience in operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
  • Ideally, knowledge of Hexagon measuring machines
  • Good knowledge of PC-DMIS measurement software
  • Confident handling of technical drawings and inspection plans

Your Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: You manage orders holistically – from the prototype phase through to series production – ensuring reliable adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.
  • Interface Coordination: You act as the central interface between project management, production, purchasing, logistics, and suppliers, ensuring a smooth flow of information and materials.
  • Demand & Capacity Planning: You coordinate prototype, pre-series, and series production requirements, including capacity planning, external processing, and escalation management in case of deviations.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical training with further qualification (e.g. technician, master craftsman, technical business administrator, or industrial engineer).
  • Professional experience in order management, project management, or series production environments – ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production methods, combined with a high level of quality awareness and understanding of industrial operations.
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems, preferably proALPHA.

Design Engineer – Production Equipment Development (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: You conceptualize, develop, and design components and assemblies using engineering calculations and modern CAD tools.
  • Material-Oriented Design: You are responsible for designing fixtures, tools, and test bench components, taking into account application-appropriate material selection.
  • Reverse Engineering: You analyze existing components and reconstruct them to derive CAD models and technically optimized solutions.

Your Profile:

Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

Machine Maintenance

  • Maintenance & Repair of CNC Milling Machines: You will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on our CNC milling machines (focus on Hermle).
  • Maintenance & Repair of CNC Lathes: You will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of CNC lathes (Doosan and DMG).
  • Fault Analysis & Troubleshooting: You will conduct systematic fault analyses and sustainably eliminate mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
  • Scheduled Maintenance & Documentation: You will carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan and document all activities carefully.
  • Commissioning & Optimization: You will support machine commissioning, retrofits, and technical optimizations within the machine park.
  • Interface Collaboration: You will work closely with Production, Quality, and external service providers.

Technical Facility Maintenance

  • Building Services: You will carry out maintenance and minor repairs on technical building equipment (e.g. lighting, doors, compressed air systems, simple electrical installations).
  • Inspection & Maintenance Coordination: You will support the implementation of inspection and maintenance schedules and coordinate external service providers.

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician (e.g. industrial engineering, automation), Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electrician, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid electrical background at skilled worker level is explicitly required
  • Prior experience in maintaining CNC machines is highly desirable, ideally with Hermle milling machines and/or Doosan or DMG lathes
  • Confident in reading wiring diagrams and performing structured troubleshooting; basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is an advantage
  • Structured, responsible, and team-oriented working style

Machining Mechanic, turning (m/f/d) – CNC Turned Parts for Formula 1 & High-Tech Industries

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • CNC Manufacturing: You produce precision components in single-piece and small-batch production according to technical drawings, working in a three-shift system (38.75-hour work week).
  • Process & Program Optimization: You actively contribute to the continuous optimization of CNC programs and manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Machine Operation: You operate CNC lathes and mill-turn centers, including DMG machines (Heidenhain control) for prototype production and Doosan machines for series production with up to 9 channels (Fanuc control).
  • Program Creation: You create and edit CNC programs and ensure their smooth implementation in production.
  • Setup Activities: You are responsible for setting up and tooling the machining centers for various production orders.
  • Quality Assurance: You carry out self-inspections on manufactured parts and ensure compliance with all quality requirements.

YourProfile:

  • Completed vocational training as a Machining Mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in turning (or a related metalworking profession with additional qualifications or proven experience in turning)
  • Several years of professional experience in the operation and programming of 5-axis turning machines
  • Excellent knowledge of Heidenhain controls
  • Experience in handling Formula 1 components is an advantage
  • Strong material expertise in machining high-strength steels, stainless (CrNi) steels, titanium, Inconel, and aluminum is a plus

Machining mechanic, milling (m/f/d) – CNC milled parts for Formula 1 and high-tech industries

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • CNC Manufacturing: Manufacture single parts and small batches with high precision according to technical drawings in a 3-shift system (38.75-hour week).
  • Process & Program Optimization: Actively contribute to optimizing CNC programs and manufacturing processes to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
  • Machine Operation: Operate modern milling machines, particularly Hermle machines with Heidenhain iTNC530 / TNC 640 controls, including automatic workpiece handling (1× RS2, 2× HS Flex).
  • Program Creation: Create and edit CNC programs and ensure smooth implementation on the shop floor.

Your Responsibilities:

Complaint Management:

  • Analysis and processing of complaints: Conduct detailed analyses of customer and internal complaints, including the preparation of 8D reports and the execution of root cause analyses to systematically identify the sources of failure.
  • Implementation of sustainable problem-solving: Coordinate immediate and corrective actions together with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure fast, targeted, and long-term issue resolution.

Interface with the P-FMEA Area:

  • Creation and maintenance of process FMEAs: Actively support the creation, updating, and structured maintenance of process FMEAs in accordance with internal and customer-specific requirements.
  • Feedback of field data: Ensure that insights from complaints, audits, and field data are systematically incorporated into the P-FMEA to continuously minimize risks.
  • Coordination with internal departments: Work closely with production, development, and process planning teams to derive preventive measures and ensure their implementation.
  • Moderation & training: Facilitate FMEA workshops and train relevant stakeholders to ensure a unified understanding of risks and measures.

Quality Improvement:

  • Analysis of quality-related indicators: Evaluate key quality metrics, identify improvement potential, and derive targeted measures to systematically enhance product and process quality.
  • Audit support: Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and customer audits, contributing to the sustainable implementation of defined actions.
  • Continuous improvement of the QMS: Actively contribute to the optimization and further development of the existing quality management system to increase efficiency, transparency, and process reliability.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical training with further qualification as a state-certified technician or a comparable qualification.
  • Methodological knowledge in complaint management (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, problem solving, etc.).
  • Experience in the automotive and/or aerospace sector.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in complaint management.
  • Further training as a quality technician, internal auditor, or comparable qualification (VDA 6.3 process auditor desirable).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Quality Planning: Ensure the timely and accurate execution of advanced quality planning in accordance with customer requirements.

Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) 

Your Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you take on the responsible task of carefully processing and posting all incoming invoices. You work closely with Purchasing, Controlling, and other departments, and support the team with monthly and annual financial statements.
