Through Erasmus+, CP apprentices complete internships abroad in the EU (e.g., in partnership with Ludwig Erhard Berufskolleg). To apply for an apprenticeship at CP Tech, you should meet these qualifications:
- A solid school-leaving certificate, minimum secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschule) or intermediate secondary certificate (Realschule), depending on the apprenticeship
- Genuine interest in technology, organizational processes, or commercial operations - tailored to your chosen apprenticeship field
- Team spirit and initiative, as you'll collaborate closely with colleagues while taking on real responsibilities
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new concepts and develop professionally
